Brett Keirstead
Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
Brett has decades of leadership experience as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Brett brings deep expertise in driving revenue growth and aligning sales strategy with overall business objectives. In recent years, he has focused on business consulting through Chief Outsiders, helping companies optimize both sales and operations to achieve sustainable growth. Brett holds an accounting and finance degree from Clemson University, grounding his strategic vision in strong financial discipline. His unique blend of executive leadership and hands-on consulting makes him an invaluable partner for a business looking to scale efficiently and effectively.
Eli Keirstead
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Eli brings a hands-on, results-driven mindset shaped by real experience across multiple lower middle market businesses. He has contributed to both revenue growth - through outbound client sourcing, lead generation, and sales strategy - and operational efficiency, by managing CRMs, optimizing databases, and designing key processes. As a student-athlete and team captain at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Eli is pursuing degrees in Finance and Sales while serving as an analyst for the university’s student-managed investment fund. His passion for entrepreneurship and obsession with the M&A world fuel Sandbar Capital’s vision. Outside of work, Eli enjoys traveling, golfing, and reading self-development and business-related books (plus podcasts!).
